Not everything in store is available on our website, but most things are.

If you spotted something on social media (or elsewhere), but can't find it on our website, call or text the store. We love to help!

No service fees added

Unlike most handmade stores, we don't charge our shoppers an added service fee at checkout.

Which means you enjoy the same great handmade quality for less when you shop with us!


Shopping online

We're a multi-vendor marketplace of 100+ handmade makers.

All our makers and their handmade goods were made in Canada.

We offer free pickups for our local shoppers and Canada-wide shipping for everyone else.

*In order to qualify for letter mail shipping & handling rates, your order must be able to fit through the mailbox slot (14.9" x 10.6" x 0.8"). If letter mail is selected and the order needs parcel shipping, we'll contact you to collect the difference prior to shipping. This may delay shipping times.

Shipping is subject to our store hours. If we are closed, we are not fulfilling orders.

We do not ship on weekends.

Local Pickups

Pickups are usually same day (unless we’re closed).

You’ll be notified when it’s ready.

Pickups are free.

Curbside available upon request.

If so, their HST# will be shown on their product listings and product tags.

Taxes are added at checkout.


Refunds and Exchanges

The Maker's Hub does not issue refunds or exchanges unless approved by the maker.

Our goal is quality goods and happy customers.
