Here's what you need to know 😀

Not everything you see online is in store and vice versa.

Shop online

We are a multi-vendor online marketplace. All sellers and products are Canadian Handmade 🇨🇦.

We offer free pickups 🛍 for sellers who are local to our store. Important to know, not all sellers offer this.

We also offer sellers the option to ship Canada-wide 📦. Important also to note, not all sellers offer this either.

Some of our sellers offer both.

Some one or the other.

Some may even offer free shipping.

This is important to how you use our website as Shopify hasn't quite caught up to this new business model! Each product will explain what option(s) are available.

⚠️ You can only have ALL pickup type products, or ALL shipping type products in your cart for the same checkout. Not both. If you would like both pickup and shipping type products, you will have to do 2 separate transactions. We are sorry for this inconvenience. We hope Shopify catches up soon!

What should you do?

As you shop check that the seller(s) offers the delivery that you you're looking for. Other than that, don't mix shipping and pickups in the same shopping cart. Happy shopping!

Pickups

Most of our sellers who live close to The Maker's Hub store in Whitby, offer pickups free of charge. You willbe emailed when your order has is ready for pickup.

We continue to offer contactless pickup options.

HST

Some of our vendors collect taxes. Their HST# will be shown in their product listings and you will see the taxes added at checkout.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

The Maker's Hub does not issue refunds or exchanges unless requested by the seller. We default to the seller's policy. We will connect you and will help with refunds or exchanges whenever possible. Our goal is always happy customers.
