The Facts

We are looking for 50 vendors.

There will be no follow up with you for payment or reminders. We'll continue to move on with invites until all virtual 'stalls' are full. The sooner you pay and register, the better the odds in securing a spot in the market.

Vendor stalls and vendor spotlights are assigned in order of payment received for registration. 

We do not offer exclusivity for our online markets, but do avoid over saturating a category or style.

A maximum of 6 listings plus variations may be posted live at one time. As products are sold out (or not selling), you may replace them with new ones.

Variations of a product may be offered within a listing ie colour, scent, stain, fabric...

Collages are allowed. Maximum 4 squares per collage.

All vendors will be provided a link by email to our FB vendors group within 48hrs of registration. This private group is where we will provide next steps, market 'how to's', tips, tutorials, admin, our pickup service and more.

If vendors are not participating, or meeting vendor requirements, The Maker's Hub has the right to remove them from the event.

Vendor fees are non-refundable. Registration may be transferable, pending approval from The Maker's Hub.

Vendor Rules

  • must have active FB & IG business pages
  • post, share, and engage in tagged posts
  • invite members and share the group
  • photo must be a CLEAR image of the product
  • process online sales professionally and timely
  • sold items must be ready by Thurs. July 30th
  • items must be available for pickup at The Hub
  • shipping is up to each individual vendor


Items listed in the market must be ready to pickup or ready to ship on or before Thursday July 30th, the week directly following the market. We're looking for short turnarounds for our shoppers and recommend ready made items.

All orders through the market must be made available for pick up at The Maker's Hub in Oshawa. Shipping is also an option, but is up to individual vendors to decide. Porch pickup is NOT an option for our markets. Please support us, as we support you and do not offer porch pickups through our shopping group <3

Pickup fees are not included, but a discounted rate of 20% off will be given to all attending vendors.
