We use a canadian sea salt, infused with chocolate + caramel, whipped into our clover honey. The result? A perfectly balanced blend of salt, sweet, chocolate and caramel.
About the salt: the rainforest Flor de Sal is hand-harvested off the coast of Vancouver island from the mother brine in small batches, producing a delicate flake.
How to use: by the spoonful (yum), in coffee, hot chocolates, vanilla bean ice cream, or spread on your favourite treat or toast.
