Our summer blossom honey is delicate, while floral like our wildflower honey. Is a light/golden coloured honey that boasts a sweet, familiar floral taste. A mid-summer honey sourced with a variety of summer nectar sources, it will vary from year to year.

    Predicted floral source: Borage, Calendula, Hyssop, Poppy, Daisy, Aster, Echinacea, Hollyhock, Blanketflower, Cosmos, Honeywort, Lavender, Black Eyed Susan + so much more.
