Stock drop: 7-10 days prior to the event
Pickup stock: Tuesday following the event

Promotion and Marketing Requirements

1. Follow The Maker's Hub Instagram and Facebook pages

 2. Vendors are required to share and promote on their social media + tag The Maker’s Hub

3. Engage in tagged posts/slides, by commenting and sharing



Fee: $25 +hst
Sales commission: 12% +0.30/transaction fee

The Vendor 'Fee' is a one time payment to enter in a single show.


Thursday 8pm, once a month (typically mid month)


- read and sign vendor agreement
- complete 'Next Steps Checklist' found in invite email
- products must have a creative, handmade element
- products must be high quality 
- vendors must have IG and/or FB
- provide stock 7-10 days before show date
- product is to be tagged with vendor # and price
- clothing vendors must be able to provide a full size run (2-3 per size preferred)


- food vendors must work in a Dinesafe approved kitchen, hold a current Food Handlers permit and business insurance
- bath & body vendors are required to have business insurance and industry compliant labeling
